For the cleaning kit
Postcode and quantity are enough to quote. The kit is a 100 millilitre pump bottle with one 20 by 20 centimetre microfibre cloth. The solution is alcohol-free and ammonia-free and is meant for coated phone and tablet glass and camera lenses. It is not recommended for e-ink readers or matte anti-glare laptop panels — check the manufacturer's own advice for those, because coatings differ and a spray that is safe on one is not automatically safe on the other.
Letters and corrections
Corrections are published rather than quietly folded in: the page carries a note and a new date. If a store fact has aged — a price, an age rating, a title pulled from sale — naming the page and the line is enough to have it re-checked against the live listing.
Suggestions for the next roundup are read. Candy, fruit and farm matching puzzles are in scope, with a store link. Nothing is written about until it has been played for a fortnight.
What the editor cannot do
Recover an account, reverse a purchase or intervene with a publisher — those routes run through Google, Apple and the studio's own support.
